Every Fantazmo custom piece begins with a design consultation.

If you have a gemstone you’d like to incorporate, an heirloom piece to transform, or an idea for a one-of-a-kind talisman, this consultation is the first step in bringing that vision to life.

During the consultation, we will review your concept, discuss materials and design possibilities, and outline the direction for your custom piece.

Because custom jewelry requires dedicated design time and material sourcing, a non-refundable design deposit is required before any sketches or design work begin. This deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your piece if you move forward with the project.

How the Custom Process Works

1. Submit your custom request using the questionnaire linked below.
2. Your request will be reviewed to confirm project details and feasibility.
3. Once approved, the design deposit secures your project and allows design work to begin.
4. After the design is finalized, the remaining balance will be invoiced before production begins.

Custom pieces typically require 3–6 weeks depending on design complexity and material sourcing.

Each Fantazmo piece is sculpted and finished entirely by hand, ensuring that every custom design is truly one of a kind.
